The Essex Business Excellence Awards are the most high-profile business awards of the county. The aim of the awards is to celebrate the very best of the Essex business community by recognising the talent and success of the business people and companies in the region.

Due to this, the team at Systematics are delighted that the company has been crowned Small Business of the Year at the Essex Business Excellence Awards 2017.

Despite strong competition from some of the best and brightest businesses in Essex, Systematics wowed judges at the event, which took place at The City Pavilion in Romford on 29th November 2017, and was attended by 520 business people.

On the night, the Systematics team not only won Small Business of the Year – it also took home a Finalist Award in the Company of the Year category.

This high-profile and hugely competitive category was the last award of the night, with the view of finishing the evening with a ‘big bang’. It attracted almost 30 applicants, yet Systematics managed to make it into the top three following a rigorous narrowing-down and judging process.

Speaking on the night, Manuel Bhatt, Chief Finance and Strategic Planning Officer at Systematics International Ltd, said: “These awards tonight demonstrate all the passion, determination and tireless energy that goes into making a successful, top-performing company. To be here and win a prestigious award, as well as being recognised as a finalist of the most sought after award of the night, is an amazing achievement.”
