Christine Bhatt, CEO of Systematics International Ltd, would like to deliver the following message to our clients and contacts this Christmas:
“Christmas is a wonderful time of the year – offering the chance to catch up with friends, loved ones and our families. For Manuel and me, it is also a time to reflect on what has been a busy year for Systematics.
“This year we have made another significant step forward in growing Systematics by continuing to work successfully with our business partners in all of the different data exchanges that we run. We have also continued to invest in our IT infrastructure by updating our hardware and software development platforms, which have yielded further improvements to our web-based systems, benefitting both our internal and external customers. We have also moved another step closer to become a one-stop shop by providing a new Business Intelligence (BI) tool to our customers.
“2017 has also been an amazing year due to the fact that Systematics was invited to feature alongside UK Prime Minister, Theresa May, and a small number of well-respected organisations in a document that looks back on the year in industry, and in Westminster. The main aim of the Parliamentary Review was to showcase best practice as a learning tool for the public and private sector, and I am so proud that Systematics was chosen to be part of this prestigious annual review, especially as it recognised our innovative way of working and our desire to consistently meet and exceed the requirements and expectations of our customers. It is a great honour to have been chosen as a ‘Best Practice Representative’ for the industry and be recognised by The Parliamentary Review. Thank you to all of our team, our customers and suppliers as you were all part of this amazing achievement.
“I am also very proud that, towards the end of the year, Systematics was named Small Business of the Year at the very prestigious Essex Business Excellence Awards 2017. This is a truly amazing achievement, as Systematics still managed to come out on top despite the high calibre of entrants and the judging panel’s very rigorous narrowing-down process. Winning this award means a lot to me, to the Systematics team and to all of our families.
“Another milestone for us this year is the fact that we have been able to celebrate 10 years since the management buy-out (MBO) of the company led by myself, and I am pleased to say that our passion for delivering a fantastic service to our customers has not changed since then. Systematics continues with our family values to deliver an excellent customer service to all our business partners.
“Looking ahead, we will have further challenges in the New Year as we aim to meet the needs of new projects that we are working on and look into expanding the Systematics business model by introducing new services to cover existing and new markets. However, I am sure that with the continued support of everyone we work with, our business will sail through 2018 and together we will make it another successful year by sharing the same passion, enthusiasm and commitment to overcome these challenges.
“I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our business partners and staff and all their families a peaceful and enjoyable Festive period. May God bless us all and we look forward to continuing working with you all in 2018.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone.”
