Systematics takes home Excellent Customer Service Award at South Essex Business Awards


The team at Battlesbridge-based Systematics International Ltd proudly took home the Excellent Customer Service Award at the South Essex Business Awards on Friday 30 September 2016.

Company Chief Finance & Strategic Planning Officer, Manuel Bhatt and CEO Christine Bhatt, accepted the award at the Cliffs Pavilion, Southend, Essex – where South Essex’s business elite came together to celebrate the region’s hard-working and successful firms. The annual awards ceremony was attended by hundreds of talented businessmen and women – and Systematics also made it as a finalist in the Small Business of The Year category.

The company’s Excellent Customer Service victory comes little over a year after they received a 100 per cent customer satisfaction rating from their clients and customers, in a survey carried out by independent marketing company JE Consulting.

Manuel and Christine have said that they would like to thank each and every one of their clients for their ongoing support.

In recent weeks, the Systematics team have received several nominations at numerous other business awards, including the Thames Gateway Business Awards (28 October) and the East of England Business Champions 2016 (25 October).

Commenting on the win on Friday, Manuel said: “It is an honour to have our hard work, dedication and commitment to customer service formally recognised by such a prestigious awards body.

“Myself, Christine and the team, are delighted by the news. We all continually work hard to build firm, personal and longstanding relationships with all of our clients – and I would like to thank everyone at Systematics for their ongoing commitment,” he said.

Christine added: “This is an amazing achievement for my team, but I would also like to say a very special thanks to our customers – who really perceive us as their true business partners”.
