Systematics shortlisted for prestigious customer service award

Everyone at Systematics is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for a prestigious customer service award this month.

On Thursday 6 September, we were named as a finalist in the Excellent Customer Focus category at the Countywide Essex Business Awards 2018.

This means that later in the year, we will be attending the Radisson Blu Hotel in Stansted, where we will go head-to-head against some of Essex’s best customer-focused businesses with hopes of winning the award.

The good news comes at an eventful time for Systematics, with Christine due to visit Parliament, after we featured as a best practice representative in The Parliamentary Review for the second year running. The article can be viewed here.

The award shortlisting also comes shortly after Systematics welcomed a fantastic 90 per cent customer satisfaction score in an external survey we had carried out later in the year – thank you to everyone who got involved!
