Following their September success at the South Essex Business awards, Battlesbridge-based data processing company Systematics International Ltd has now been named best in the region for customer service at the Essex Countywide Business Awards.
On Friday 2 December at Crowne Plaza, Five Lakes, Maldon, the Systematics team was presented with the Excellent Customer Service Award in the Large Company category. The win comes little more than one month after Systematics proudly accepted the Excellent Customer Service Award at the regionalised South Essex Business Awards on Friday 30 September.
Acknowledging Systematics’ fantastic achievement, Essex Countywide Business Awards judges, Claire O’Dwyer, Adam Willus, Ellen Mellilo, Mike Everitt and Harry Fayers of International Financial Data Services, complimented the company’s ongoing dedication to their customers and clients.
The judging panel said that the well-deserved winner was “a company that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do, by customising their work to each individual client’s specific needs”.
Their comments come just over a year after Systematics scored 100 per cent customer satisfaction rating from their clients in a survey carried out by independent marketing company JE Consulting.
Systematics’, Manuel Bhatt, labelled the Countywide award win “an amazing and exceptional early Christmas present”.
He said: “2016 has been a tough year, Christine Bhatt and I are so pleased that despite a transition year, the team has kept their focus on continuing to provide first-class customer service”.
Celebrating Systematics’ success, Christine Bhatt added: “The judges’ comments make me feel incredibly proud of my team – even more so when Systematics were competing against such prominent and powerful companies as Konica Minolta and Simply Serviced”.
