The Thurrock Business Awards is an important event in the business calendar for the region as once again it brings together the great and the good of the Thurrock Business Community.

Each year these awards are getting bigger and better with a fantastic turnout of approximately 300 guests which packed The Civic Centre on Friday 27 March 2015, for a glitzy ceremony, which included a champagne reception and a three course meal.

Systematics was once again honoured to be the sponsor of the 2015 Customer Services Awards category (for small, medium and large companies) for the Thurrock Business Awards.

Christine Bhatt, CEO, said: “This year the judging process was very difficult as we saw a huge amount of talent and passion that drive these businesses forward with extremely dedicated people, making a positive difference not only to their business but also to the wider community. To short list the companies amongst high quality candidates has been extremely difficult and we would like to thank all the finalists for making the time to see us at very short notice.”
Tracy Remington, Office Manager, who was involved as one of the judges in the process stated: “To be involved in the process of selecting the winner in all the categories is a fantastic experience, not only to recognise local businesses but also to improve company image and customer confidence; something that we at Systematics always have it at heart.”

“Judging the Customer Services Awards is a very special award, said Manuel Bhatt. “This is an opportunity not only for us at Systematics as we are always looking into improving our customer service standards and it’s important that we learn from the very best, but also an excellent team building night out.”
