We are pleased to announce that the Spring International Tractor Shipments meeting will be held at Deere & Company’s European Headquarters in Mannheim, Germany, on 22 and 23 May 2013.
The role of Systematics is to facilitate the meeting, providing an ideal platform for members to discuss operational matters relating to the respective data exchange, making suggestions for further improvements to existing processes and also proposing new projects benefiting the group as a whole. After all, it is not only about sending and receiving information, but also knowing who to turn to with specific questions, allowing for short timeframes, which in turn adds huge value to the exchange.
In this respect, we would like to encourage all members to attend the meeting, as their opinions count in making the exchange a long-term success, leading to improvements and enhancing the trust amongst all members.
Delegates attending the meeting will have an opportunity for a guided tour of the tractor plant and observe at first hand the production and assembly of Deere’s tractor models. The motto of the meeting is not “all work and no play” – the social aspect is always very positive and this year a trip to the picturesque city of Heidelberg has been organised on one of the evenings.
We have a very good attendance this year and look forward to meeting all the participants there.
